Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract for the Provision of Professional Services to Support the Design and Development of the YMCA and Nave Buildings and Youth Zone Activity Park as part of the Barnsley Futures Levelling Up project, which was successful awarded funding in the Round 2 application process.
