This is a construction works project which incorporates:
⢠any necessary external envelope and internal repair works advised by condition surveys currently underway
⢠any necessary asbestos removal
⢠internal remodelling to provide amended teaching/admin facilities and supplementary WC/sanitary facilities
⢠general refurbishment, upgrading & rejuvenation (painting, decorating, carpets, WC/sanitary/kitchen refurbishments, fitted furniture)
⢠hard & soft external works including either refurbishment or replacement of an existing multi-use games area
⢠any necessary drainage works
⢠associated mechanical and electrical works
