Description:Courses to improve parents confidence to: -
⢠support their children's readiness for school by exploring appropriate ways to introduce their child to o working with numbers o phonics o increasing the words in their vocabulary and reading o making 'marks' (precursor to writing) o exploring the world around them and / or
⢠support their children in Key Stage 1 by exploring appropriate ways to support them with homework across o Maths o English o Science
Activities should be affordable and easy for parents to duplicate at no/low cost at home with their children.
