GB-London: How local authorities can make the most of e-scooters/micromobility and/or car clubs opportunities

The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to undertake a programme of work setting out one or both modules:

i)the current technological, regulatory and case study evidence of the development of micro-mobility and e-scooters and its impact on local transport systems with wider effects on climate, air quality and the local economy and opportunity ii)The current technological, regulatory and case study evidence of the development of car clubs - in particular e-car clubs - and its impact on local transport systems with wider effects on climate, air quality and the local economy and opportunity

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
