Cheshire West and Chester Council is conducting soft market testing in respect of Chester Park and Ride (P&R).
The soft market testing will provide an opportunity to obtain insight and views from providers, understand the capacity of the market and to gauge the level of interest in the proposed procurement exercise from providers interested in providing the Service in Chester.
