We are seeking a Business Personal and Communications training package, delivering and developing a series of off the shelf and bespoke training over a 2 year period to our workforce. The programme should include the following key elements;
⢠Business training programmes i.e. Report Writing Skills, Business Writing Skills
⢠Bespoke training packages aligned to the business need and requirements i.e. Introduction to Supervision for Specific Departments
⢠Design and development of tailored digital learning for speciality specific training packages in conjunction with subject matter experts within the Trust
⢠Off the shelf training and development of bespoke training with regards to soft skills training i.e. communications
⢠IT Training (Microsoft Packages) including technical IT training (SQL, Visual Studio, Sharepoint)
⢠Project Management training
