HSE is seeking to put in place a two year call-off contract, whereby HSE can commission, at short notice and on an ad-hoc basis, questions to be administered to a representative sample of GB businesses. The sample needs to be representative in terms of business size, industrial sector and geographical location. Achieved sample sizes of between 500 and 2000 will be required and the actual number will be confirmed each time a call-off is made against the contract. While this contract has previously been serviced by an online omnibus survey, if bidders feel that they meet the aforementioned requirements (questions in-field with minimal turnaround time; large achieved samples available; representative samples; cost effective 'per question' cost) we would encourage them to bid.
