Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building / Roofing Contractors to carry the proposed re-roofing at Bewdley Primary School Stourport Road Bewdley Worcestershire DY12 1BL
All work must comply with the current Building Regulations and the Building Control Officer shall inspect and approve the work at the required stages.
The work must comply with all relevant statutory regulations and instruments.
All materials and workmanship must comply with the latest published British Standards and British Codes of Practice.
All materials and fittings used must be handled, stored and fixed in strict accordance with the manufacturers/suppliers current recommendations and written instructions.
It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.
Works to be complete by 29th March 2019.
Form of Contract - The works will be executed under JCT Minor Works Agreement 2016
All staff employed on the site must have Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Clearance.

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.
Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.
Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.
Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
