1. Scaffolding to safely undertake the works & lift for operatives and materials
2. Replacement full height glazed screens & windows incorporating balcony doors (Screens requiring fire Compartmentation works) East and West Elevations only
3. New screens to incorporate powder coated aluminium spandrel panels or similar
