The Science Division of the Health and Safety Executive has a requirement for a pyrotechnic stand to conduct various types of drop tests for different types of pyrotechnic articles. These tests are conducted at different heights above ground level up to 12 m in height and required to be capable of holding individual items up to a weight of no more than 3 kg.
Ideally the display stand would be capable of being locked at different heights from ground level up to 12 m so that the testing could be conducted.
