The Council is seeking a number of Providers to provide Home Based Care and Support Services. Due to Provider failure multiple Packages of Care are required to be picked up urgently. Providers should only bid for this opportunity if they have the capacity to offer the minimum number of Care hours as specified in this opportunity from the commencement of the Contract and continue to deliver those hours under this Contract throughout its duration. The hours could be to the same or different Service Users. In recognition of the commitment to provide these hours the Council will be offering a financial bonus paid as additional payment over and above the hourly rates at the end of each four week period.
