The Council is seeking to award a catering concession contract from 30th March 2024 - 29th March 2026, for a mobile unit which can include hot and cold food and drink provision but not for the sale of ice-cream. The Mobile concession unit site is located at Mill Lane, Portsdown Hill and has an income expectation of offers in the region of £650.
Set out below is the proposed procurement timetable.
Request for Quotation published - Wednesday 31st January 2024
Deadline for requests for clarification - Friday 16th February at 12:00
Quotation return deadline - Thursday 22nd February at 12:00
Evaluation of returns completed by Monday 4th March 2024
Contracts awarded from Thursday 7th March 2024
Please note: All successful bidders will be awarded a contract on Thursday 7th March. However, they cannot commence trading until the specific date for their site as this will be the start date for the lease agreement.
Please ensure that all requests for clarification are issued via InTend correspondence by Thursday 22nd March.
