Strip existing roof covering to extension, dispose of all waste off site, prepare roof supply and install new roofing systems (Option 1 Decra, Option 2 Esha) covering to the extension and existing building, all to the manufacturer's instructions, to include renewing all rainwater goods, on completion provide relevant certification for warranties and guaranties for product and workmanship installation.
Contractor undertaking the works must be an approved 'Decra' and 'Esha' Systems roofing Installer. Only one option will be selected out of the 2 depending on Best Value for Kettering Borough Council.
