Portsmouth City Council are currently implementing Oracle Fusion and require scanning software to automatically process supplier invoices using AI, 'Deep Learning' and allow 3 way matching to allow for upload to Fusion for payment and archiving. The Fusion system will go-live in April 2021 and Portsmouth City Council requires the implementation of this scanning software for that date.
