Land Charges, Street Naming and Numbering Market Engagement

Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is inviting suppliers to participate in a market engagement activity in procuring a new solution for land charges, street naming and numbering. Additional functionalities covering requirements for planning, environmental health and building control will be procured later this year.

The intention is to advertise the land charges software solution opportunity in March/April 2023, followed by a separate procurement process to source the other three functionalities.

Interested suppliers are invited to register interest via ProContract and will be offered a meeting slot to discuss our requirements, in particularly focusing on:

• Current market conditions
• Integration and interfacing with products currently in use
• Implementation timescales

Meetings will take place the week commencing 27/02/2023. More details on the scope and agenda of the meeting will be provided in the invitations. MS Teams invitations will be sent to interested suppliers who are able to offer the software required due to limited space.
