REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking leadership development and coaching package to deliver a series of modules over a 12 month period to our senior clinical and operational leaders (up to 30 leaders). The programme should include the following key elements;

• Understanding core values and leadership style

• Leading and building high performing teams

• Communication and courageous conversations

• Creating the right culture while working in uncertainty

• Change management

• Looking after HWB of self and team including coping strategies

• System leadership

We would also be keen to hear from providers that can incorporate and offer Coaching / mentoring to individual delegates running alongside any programme.
