The Medicines Discovery Catapult Ltd (MDC) has partnered with Oncimmune, who are experts in serological antibody profiling, on the IMPACTT project to create the largest severity based COVID biobank and data registry.
The procurement was in two lots:
⢠Lot 1 aimed to deliver a Phase 1 Discovery set of up to 2,000 samples; and
⢠Lot 2 aimed to deliver a Phase 2 Validation set of up to 1,000 samples.
This Framework Agreement is for a 24-month period, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, or until such time as the requisite number of samples (up to 3,000) have been collected (whether this is a shorter or a longer period).
The total contract value is up to £500,000.00.
The contract runs from August 2021.
