The In House Development Team (IHDT) within the Housing Department at Harrogate Borough Council are responsible for the development and construction of council dwellings throughout the district. It is envisaged that eight sites will be developed over the financial years 2022/23 to 2024/25, subject to planning permission being gained on those sites. This will be a Framework Agreement running for two years, with the possibility of a one year extension. The envisaged start date will be 01/05/2022The IHDT would like to appoint contractors to the Lots listed below:
