The Council wish to be able to benchmark financial and open data across the council to help inform policy decisions going forward. It will enable all services to be able to benchmark and look at best practice in order to help develop and deliver the council's medium-term financial strategy. Therefore the Council will direct award a one year contract with Grant Thornton to provide this software.
