SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to develop and deliver a 6-month programme of support with the following aims:
o To help schemes overcome barriers o To help schemes become more sustainable o To help schemes work more collaboratively and share best practice.
o To help shape the Council's approach to providing fair and equitable funding beyond 2025.
