The Council is seeking to award 7 catering concessions contracts all of which are for mobile units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/ or the sale of ice-cream (unless otherwise stated).
All concessions would be expected to start week commencing 28th March 2022 and to be on site until 30th September 2022 (6 month concession).
The sites are located as follows:
a - Mill Lane Car Park b - Horsea Lane c - Duisburg Way d - Promenade South of Pyramids Site e - Pembroke Road Spur f - Michael Robinson Way / Eastern end of Southsea Common g - Castle Field
Suppliers can bid for either one or more sites. If bidding for multiple sites, where the offer varies between the sites bid for then suppliers must clearly identify each site proposal in their responses to the quality questions on the application form.

These contracts are deemed concessions as they generate an income to the Authority.
