We are seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide CNC frames and plates to support our project, further details will be provided under NDA.
To qualify, the supplied must as a minimum;
Have experience with design for manufacturing/tool design of ATEX certified products and understanding of tolerances required
The supplier must have a proven track record with; CNC machining, mould design and assembly, injection moulding, paint/print with particular experience of overmoulding and material selection/validation
Supplier to provide relevant certificates to demonstrate the above before signing NDA.
Once the NDA phase has concluded, the company will arrange a one hour face to face or virtual meeting, during which they will share the 2D technical drawings on screen. This should provide sufficient technical information for the suppliers to generate a bid (quote). The drawings will NOT be released at this stage. Potential bidder must be available between 12 January 2022. Bidders will be allocated a slot by email.
