Mini- Competition for the supply of LCV Vehicle and Modifications under PFH Framework agreement Lot 3 (Light Commercial Vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes)

The council had a requirement to replace approximately twenty five LCV vehicles over the next year and was looking to appoint a supplier to initially supply 13 vehicles with conversions. The remaining vehicles being 'called off' when required over the next twelve months

Additional information: The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there was no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, was conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link:
