Install appropriate diameter drainage & connection to floor mounted tundish to Kitchen Island area for combi oven waste.
Reinstate / patch repair flooring structure & coverings as necessary.
Disconnect and dispose of existing Kitchen Falcon Steamer and install Rational Combi to location as plan. Replacement Rational Gas Combi Oven stored on site,
Install recommission and test Gas Combi Oven back into service.
Request via "Rational training department" appropriate cook training date, for the installed gas Combi , when works are complete.
