The requirement is for an external training solutions provider to produce learning specifications and lesson plans for the Regular Commissioning Course.
There is one part to the requirement - creation of learning specifications and lesson plans. Training Needs Analysis/production of document detailing how training is currently being delivered is not required.
The Authority will provide the learning information to the Contractor. The Contractor will produce 220 learning specifications and 133 lessons plans at enabling objective level.
