Architectural Services for Angel Row Flexible Workspace Fit-Out (CPU5490)

Nottingham City Council would like to commission RIBA-accredited architectural services (including architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical, QS, interior design, and project management services) to support the development of the Angel Row Building into a flexible office, café and event space including:

• Preparation of detailed building designs and full cost estimates up to and including RIBA stage 4

• Preparation and submission of a planning application

• Project management and contract administration of RIBA stages 5 & 6
