The tenders for this project are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documents are only available from the portal.
Whilst the Council has proposed a replacement window that is manufactured by Crittall Windows Limited, tenderers may propose an alternative provided that it can be confirmed as being of an equivalent design, specification and standard in all respects.
Site visits are a prerequisite for tendering for this project and may be arranged as per the instructions included in the ITT document.
The tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the Council's tender documentation.
