The scope of the FPS is to commission services for:
⢠People with complex mental health (MH) conditions including those with a substance dependency
⢠People who have complex dementia;
Primarily the framework will offer support solutions for people who we currently struggle to find the right kind of support for in the local community due to a number of contributing factors, and it is anticipated that once the framework is live with a number of selected providers, work will then take place around co-design of future support solutions both in the short, medium and long term.

Lot 1 People with complex mental health conditions, including those with a substance dependency The service will provide flexible and person-centred support for people with complex mental health conditions including those with a substance dependency and distressed behaviours
Lot 2 People with Complex Dementia The service will provide flexible and person-centred support for people living with Complex Dementia and distressed behaviours
