The Authority seeks to develop its understanding of market capability to provide Interim Medium Speed Operational Readiness Training Service to the RAF and Royal Navy, a service that is currently supported. This essential requirement provides operationally representative training to allow both the RAF and RN to practice and develop essential skills to defeat attack by aggressor aircraft and to assure that Force Elements can operate in contested and degraded operational environments.
