NCG210304EOI - Building Skills Training for Lewisham College **AWARD**

This programme will target and support marginalised and vulnerable young adults who may have an EHCP and/or are care experienced into entry level roles within the construction industry. The programme will be funded by the GLA Adult Education Budget.\r

The partner/s will be required to support the delivery of the following on NCG's standard terms and conditions:\r

• Provide outreach activity and community engagement to attract the hardest to reach young adults in the Lewisham Borough, particularly the southern wards.\r
• Provide industry guided work readiness preparation as well as career guidance\r
• Provide employer engagement with job interviews, coaching, employer panels and feedback\r
• Provide a mentorship package, livelihood readiness skills and networks\r
• Support youth social action and community asset building for all participants\r
• Provide up to 12 months of in-work support for learners placed in employment
