Thetford Town Council is looking for a new business mobile phone contract for the following:

• 15 phones (currently using Samsung Galaxy J6)

• 5 x phones with all-inclusive text calls and data

• 10 x phones with minimum 1GB monthly data unlimited texts and minutes

• 2-year contract

Good coverage in Thetford area is essential

Written quotes to be received by Friday 1st October and should include the following:

• Executive summary of costs including one off and monthly costs

• Replacement handset costs

• Proposed solution

• Proposed hardware details

Evaluation will be on a price/quality ratio of 80/20 respectively

The criteria for the quality score will be:

• Customer support

• Ease of billing

• Hardware support

• Guaranteed response times for issues
