Leeds City Council are seeking to enhance the value of a number of parks and open spaces by providing access to ice-creams, refreshments and other traded goods that complement the site and its current and future users. Annual licences will provide a pitch for the sale of the selected goods from the trader's own vehicles and are located in prime positions on the individual sites.
