NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (NHS Sussex ICB) has recognised the impact on some non-frontline staff and have identified a gap in the support available. In response, East Sussex Public Health, on behalf of NHS Sussex, is required to commission a programme of wellbeing support including Reflective Practice for small groups for staff who work to support frontline Suicide Prevention across Sussex. Additional one-to-one support will also be offered should the need arise.
