Consultant Appointment - Fire Risk Appraisal of external wall systems (EWS)

To prepare for the forthcoming implementation of the Fire Safety Act and Fire Safety Regulations 2022, Swan are seeking to commission a consultant to undertake a technical review to capture the make-up and performance of existing external wall systems (EWS) and balcony attachments, across the associations residential portfolio and provide assurance, that each wall system has been installed in accordance with the original system design and is defect free. It is expected that the consultant will have access to a range of competent professionals with relevant professional memberships in the following fields:

• Façade consultancy;

• Structural engineering;

• Fire engineering;
