The BBC has appointed a number of providers to the framework agreement for the provision of apprenticeship schemes. These schemes require the providers to teach, support, assess and award to an agreed curriculum.
The successful providers shall deliver apprenticeship standards in order to grow the talent of the UK media industry and support future skill-set needs across the BBC career development pathway.
The following lots have been awarded
Sub Lot 1a: Machinist - Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Sub Lot 4a: Research and Development Engineer
Sub Lot 4b: Systems Integration Engineer
Sub Lot 4c: Product Support Engineer
The Initial term of the framework agreement is 2 years and there is an option to extend for a further two years at 12 monthly intervals.
