This Call-Off Contract is a direct award to Odgers Berndtson; Berwick Partners through the CCS Permanent Recruitment Solutions Framework Agreement with reference RM6002.
The Supplier has provided a one-off recruitment service for the position of Permanent Secretary. The vacancy arose unexpectedly in which the incumbent was departing imminently, thus leaving GLD under significant time pressure to fill this post.
Please note the initial Term of this Call-Off Contract is one year ending 25/01/22 but has the option to extend for a further one year until 25/01/23 by mutual agreement. The £45,000 excluding VAT figure is the cost of the Permanent Secretary recruitment and not the full Call-Off Contract initial Term plus extension cost which cannot be estimated.
