Floor plate fit out of the 6th floor of the Grade II listed Baskerville House to include construction of new partition walls, glazed screens and door sets, carpet tiles and decorations works, adaptions to the existing M&E installations including upgrading the existing landlord back up generator, installation of dedicated tenant M&E supplies including installation of UPS system, and supply and installation of FF&E.
