During the next 5-10 years the Palace of Westminster will see multiple high value construction projects completed across the estate. To elevate congestion of welfare cabins on the estate Parliament will create 'Welfare Hubs' based in Speakers Green, Black Rods Garden, and Cromwell Green. These hub will be co-working facilities shared between projects ensuring we meet our legal requirements under CDM Regulations 2015.
