The primary objective of the Contract is to provide TWFRS middle managers, senior leadership team and executive leadership team with 360 feedback on their performance and behaviours aligned to the NFCC Leadership framework.
The duration of the Contract is 12 months o Each level of questionnaire to be aligned with the relevant NFCC Leadership framework behaviours for the following management teams.
