The project comprises alterations and the remodelling of an existing office area to form a new collaborative workspace . The works to comprise replacement of existing floor wall and ceiling finishes with new suspended plasterboard ceiling; New furniture and fittings including bespoke timber screening and other Furniture detailed , as well as the installation of new kitchenette facility To include new electrical works, small power and lighting and ICT works along with minor alterations to the existing Mechanical Services within the room to provide a kitchenette facility.
