Description

The Trust currently has a requirement for the refurbishment of two existing shared bathrooms (both within the occupied Fitzmary One ward) to create fully accessible DDA compliant bathrooms. The works include but not limited to:

Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes
Supply of installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fitting and controls
All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings
Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract
All associated commissioning and NHS water hygenie works as specified on completion.
