Description

The Council entered into a contract with Capita for an education System in 2008. The Council do not require to purchase a replacement system, but continue with the support of the existing Capita One system.

The on-going support & maintenance is not available through re-sellers and the contract is direct with the software author, the owner of the source code (IPR). Capita does not allow other organisations access to its source code.

This VEAT is to notify the market that Bradford Council will continue with a support and maintenance contract with Capita for the next 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
