Provision of a Digital Service for Electronic Vehicle Homecharge Scheme

Deliver a discovery phase and alpha phase to enable the build of a digital service for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS). The scheme provides a grant towards the cost of installing an EV chargepoint in residential properties. It is currently run by DVLA and processed manually. The supplier will deliver a Discovery Phase in line with GDS criteria, DfT Architecture Standards & Principles including, not limited to: ⢠discovery sessions with relevant stakeholders ⢠user researchers to fully identify&scope out user needs ⢠GDS Discovery documentation ⢠recommendations/options for Alpha/Beta phases including solution design suggestions They will then deliver an Alpha Phase in line with GDS criteria and DfT Architecture Standards and Principles including, but not limited to: ⢠alpha testing with relevant stakeholders ⢠ensuring everyone can use the service ⢠GDS Alpha documentation ⢠Deciding whether to move on to beta
