Requirement for the provision of legal services to the Bank of England in connection with technology projects during 2022.
The scope of work is as follows:
⢠advising on appropriate contractual structures;
⢠drafting contractual terms and/or reviewing those proposed by suppliers;
⢠advising on the procurement processes involved;
⢠reviewing procurement documents such as SQs, ITTs, ITPDs, etc.;
⢠dealing with ad hoc legal queries from the Bank and opposing legal counsel throughout.
