Midland Heart is undertaking a competitive tender process, the aim of which is to procure a panel of development consultants specifically to appoint Architects, Employer's Agents / Purchaser's agents, Clerk of Works, and Principal Designers.
Tenderers are requested to study the specification documents in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met, an understanding of our requirements should be reflected in your Pricing.
The Contract is expected to commence in January 2023.
The resulting contract should assist Midland Heart in its endeavours to satisfy all current and future expectations of its customers, including those highlighted in the recent Social Housing White Paper.
Suppliers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the paper and ensure their understanding of its requirements are reflected within their tender response.
The Contract is split into Four Lots as detailed below:
Lot 1 - Architects
Lot 2 - EA's/PA's
Lot 3 - Clerk of Works
Lot 4 - PD
