NOTE - Original tender that was advertised included an air source heat pump element (for completion by 31 December) so estimated contract amount was up to £500k. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this element had to be removed during the open tender process. This reduced the value of the contract to between £300k to £400k and the required completion of works end date changed to 30 September . All suppliers were advised by way of a clarification before tender closing date.
