TFL 95434 - Health, Safety and Environmental Training MSQ

MARKET SOUNDING QUESTIONNAIRE

Health and Safety is vital and Transport for London (TfL) has to comply with the HSE regulations by ensuring that staff working within the different areas of the business have the training required to carry out their work safely. TfL is seeking Suppliers to provide training in the following categories

• H&S User/Operator/Maintainer

• HSE Electrical • Management of Health Risks

• Professional HSE

Training will typically comprise of a composition of theory and practical training resulting in testing and/or certification against an existing or agreed standard to cover the following broad categories The training will usually be delivered at a TfL depot or other TfL operational site. There may be certain courses (e.g. in the case of confined spaces) where training will usually be delivered at a site operated by the Supplier specifically for training purposes. All training sites operated by the Supplier which are to be used for TfL training will need be located within the Greater London area and within easy access of a TfL station. TfL seeks to obtain market feedback in relation for the provision of Health, Safety and Environment training Services. The primary focus is to better understand market/supplier appetite, capacity and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities
