Derbyshire County Council require that the SCRIM survey is performed on the A, B and C road networks 100% both ways on an annual basis. Derby City Council require that the SCRIM survey is performed on their Maintenance Hierarchies 1-4 network, 100% both ways on an annual basis. This contract is to perform these surveys over a two year period, with an option to extend for up to a further three years subject to satisfactory performance, funding and mutual agreement of both parties.
DCC, however, reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, in accordance with the termination clause.
