The Council is looking to commission a Local Plan viability study to help inform our New Local Plan Review, the document which will set out the vision for future development in the borough.
The successful bidder will be required to undertake a whole plan viability study in accordance with the NPPF and the accompanying Planning Practice Guidance on Viability. It must consider the cumulative impact of the Council's planning requirements, taking into account all relevant policies, local and national standards, including the cost implications of CIL and s106 obligations.
