Description

Training Providers are invited to suggest Human Resources and Learning and Development related apprenticeships which will be included in the delivery. The council expects that Level 5 Consultant/Business Partner for both Human Resources and Learning and Development and Level 3 Practitioner for Human Resources and Learning and Development are included as a minimum. Related apprenticeships that the council is interested in include; recruitment, coaching, mentoring, assessing. It is the council preference that where the related professional qualification is not mandatory but there is overlap, that it is included within the apprenticeship standard and that this is provided and embedded into the apprenticeship delivery.
